Hello, I'm María José
I love nature, animals and creating spaces with soul. I decorated each of our apartments myself, with plants, cosy corners and all the details I would love to find when I travel.
I welcome you in person, share tips about the area and I'm available throughout your stay. My guests say they feel at home, and that is exactly what I'm aiming for.

Why book directly with us?+
Booking directly saves you the platform fees, you deal with us personally and we can adapt to your schedule and needs.
How do I ask for information or book?+
Message us on WhatsApp or call us with the apartment, your dates and the number of guests. We usually reply within an hour.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is usually from 5 pm and check-out before 11 am. If you need different times, just ask and we will try to help.
Are pets allowed?+
Yes, in all apartments except Estudio Las Mariposas. Let us know what pet you are bringing.
Is there parking?+
Yes, there is free street parking. The blue zone in La Canyada is free of charge.
How do I get to Valencia city centre or the airport?+
The metro is a 1-3 minute walk away and reaches the centre in about 25 minutes. By car, the centre is 20 minutes away and the airport 10-15.
We are a large group. Can you host us?+
Yes. Casa Isabel and Casa el Azud are in the same building (up to 10 people), as are El Rinconet and Apartamento Alexia (up to 8). In total we can host 24 people.
Do you offer long or monthly stays?+
Yes, several apartments accept stays of a month or more, ideal for work or longer visits. Ask us about the conditions.
Do you speak English?+
Write to us on WhatsApp in English and we will get back to you. Our host María José will be happy to help you during your stay.
